This romantic and relaxing hotel is based in a very charming building and has a Michelin-starred restaurant. The units were fashionable and spotless in terms of space or quality. Excellent and competent staff ensures you spend a really really nice time here.

Bright and fairly quiet unit with a nice decor.

The pool area is nice too. Bright and spotlessly clean units with a balcony.

Make sure you stay in the double room with bedrooms. It offers marvellous service. The location is quiet and perfect, in the peaceful neighbourhood of Santa Teresa.

The staff was incredible, going above and beyond. The Mushroom Rigatoni was excellent. The hotel had a charming historic building. The neighborhood was vibrant and safe. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

Outstanding staff who went out of their way to help us find great restaurants and make our stay comfortable. All reception and restaurant staff spoke great English. Our deluxe room was absolutely beautiful with a comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom.

We had housekeeping come into our room without knocking once. Otherwise, no problems at all.

The hotel is an excellent place for relax in a mountain area you are have green all around, we had a suite with three windows on the valley in the mountain we do see part of the city. it is a fabulous romantic room and place. We liked very much the breakfast , the restaurant has a nice garden and valley view.

Location is in the mountain, away from the beach

This place offers a wonderful experience with its convenient location just a short walk away from escadaria selaron, private parking, and a delightful breakfast.

Excellent staff,front desk superb. Rooms are lovely and Santa Teresa is much more interesting than the beach areas eg Ipanema.

The restaurant, food was good but service poor and very expensive

The resturant and the food served. Relais & Chateaux has an amazing setting in the winding coble streets of Santa Teresa. Staff are very professional and made our stay the best it could be. Hotel is more expensive than most, but well worth it.

Incredible location with charming surroundings. My room, although initially disappointing, was promptly upgraded to a lovely, peaceful one. The restaurant's gourmet breakfast was fantastic. Staff provided excellent recommendations and assistance. highly recommend Santa Teresa Hotel's relaxing stay.
